The gym is clean, well lit and a safe place to jump into kickboxing. I have found the trainers to be friendly and well informed. The workouts change which keeps everything exciting. Great place for a great workout.
I absolutely love 9Round!! Just finished my 100th workout! I’ve never stuck with a gym or a workout for this long. And certainly not gotten up at 5:30am for anything this consistently! Give it a try and you will be hooked. The trainers are SO amazing and love helping you meet your goals!!

So fun!! What a great workout and I am done in 30 minutes. Makayla, Riley and team are fun and motivating! Love it!
I love 9Round. This is an amazing place for someone either looking to get back into working out or someone who loves being challenged. It’s for all stages! The instructors are extremely motivating and the gym is super clean. As a bonus- their protein is the only protein I actually enjoy drinking and I mix it with my iced coffee every morning.
