A difference that makes 9Round better than my old gym is the one-on-one trainer contact with the person working out. The trainers know you and your abilities. 9 round is so much fun and an amazing workout. I highly recommend it to anyone that is on the go. You can walk in anytime of day and jump into a workout. The best part is the trainers that guide and support you through each round. We love it!
