I’ve been training here for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say this gym is something special. The owner is super involved on the floor, knows everyone by name, and really takes the time to coach you on form and progress-Not just run you through a workout. The community feels positive and welcoming. Every class pushes me, but in a way that keeps me excited to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for real technique, accountability, and a supportive environment.
Absolutely love the vibe in this place. I’ve been working out for the better of 20+ years and I’ve just gotten completely bored with lifting weights.
