The best gym experience I've ever had. Koree is so welcoming and helpful. A beginner never feels overwhelmed, only encouraged.
Koree is the most involved, energetic, and encouraging person to ALL of his students. Watching him bounce around from each person making sure of each students success is inspiring. The workout is real and it’s with techniques that are going to push you but not hurt you. I love the fact that I can walk in at anytime and just jump right in. Oh and the other people are fantastic! I walked in tonight as only my second class and got a big smile from the others in the room. How cool is that?
