I have done only 2 sessions, but so far, it is amazing, Koree and Charlie are very knowledgeable and energetic, super friendly, and fun. It is amazing how a 30-minute workout can get you to the edge. I love it!
I've enjoyed my first time experience. He's highly energetic and just fun to train with. I'm looking forward to training.
9Round rocks! This place is exactly what I was looking for- super challenging but so fun! I am excited to start my 75lb weight loss journey with them in my corner, and learn kickboxing at the same time! Shout-out to Koree for encouraging & inspiring me too- He is the kind of trainer who will never give up on you or let you give up on yourself! If you have been curious about kickboxing, don't waste another day! Let it change your life! 💪🙌🎉🎉🎉
