One of the best boxing gyms in KC! The owners and trainers go above and beyond to make your workout experience unique and push you to your goals.
I love that the trainers work with you one on one so I am pushed to getting the best workout I can and I am also being coached on my form. The trainers are knowledgeable, positive, and remember everyone's names. I always feel welcomed and even though I have zero experience in martial arts/kickboxing, I feel perfectly comfortable here!
9round is such a great workout for everyone no matter your fitness level. I look forward to going every single day.
