Today was my first trial class. The front desk person also the trainer (ALMA) was explaining how the excercises work all with one big frown face which I dint like and I asked her who is the trainer and she said it’s her and I was shocked seeing how can a trainer be so impatient and rude. When I ask her any doubt she just answers so rudely that I already told u once. They opened the gym at 7.15 am even though the class was at 7am. It felt like the instructor was unenthusiastic and I felt unwelcome there. May be because I was using class pass and no their subscription. They asked me to get new boxing gloves for next session while the other participants were using the one available in the gym. The workout itself was decent and I would have gone back if not for the above experience.
Went on a Saturday morning using class pass. Alf was the trainer and he was amazing and really committed. It was a fantastic workout.
