Unfortunately the best service you get is the one time session right before you become a member.
My favorite gym of all time! And my home gym, too. Ive been part of 9round for about 8 years (different locations). I like that the workouts are planned and organized well. Most of the trainers have become more motivating and providing the great energy needed for the workout at this location. Let's get to kickboxing 🥊 You'll love it, too!
