They opened the gym at 7.15 am even though the class was at 7am. It felt like the instructor was unenthusiastic and I felt unwelcome there. May be because I was using class pass and no their subscription. They asked me to get new boxing gloves for next session while the other participants were using the one available in the gym. The workout itself was decent and I would have gone back if not for the above experience.
Went on a Saturday morning using class pass. Alf was the trainer and he was amazing and really committed. It was a fantastic workout.
Change the energy and music , people will come
Don’t go- I tried a session years ago (3+) and still got spam marketing text messages every month.
