Tough workout, great trainers make it fun!
I started towards the end of April/beginning of May and I have enjoyed every single day I have gone! All of the trainers I have worked with are all super helpful and friendly. The environment is always welcoming and the workouts vary daily (only 30 mins also which is a plus for a busy schedule). The atmosphere & people alone push you to do your best the entire time!
