9Round is a high energy gym and workout. The trainers are attentive, supportive and helpful and can tailor the workout to all fitness levels. The workouts change daily and the time flies! I love that the hardest part of my workout at 9round is just getting to the gym.
Great people, great workout, fun exercises and welcoming. I encourage anyone looking to get into shape to try it out here.
Updating after 3 years. 9Round is like my 2nd family. The staff is the best and the clients are all in on the daily routine. I'm so happy to be a member! My original review is below and still holds true. If you want a bit more personal workout setting and having the convenience of going on your schedule, please consider 9Round. The atmosphere is friendly and staff is excellent. The excersizes change every day and it's a great way to tone up and stay in shape regardless of your experience.
