Such a fun workout!!! Love it!!! If you're not sore when you leave you are not doing it right!!!
I love 9ROUNDS because there are no class times, the workout changes every day, the atmosphere is relaxed so you don't feel judged, but at the same time it's easy zone out and workout with the music. The owner is absolutely wonderful and will help along the way until you get the hang of it. Definitely recommend 9ROUNDS!!!!
