At first the thought of joining a kickboxing gym intimidated me, because I had not worked out in years. I didn't think I could keep up with such an intense workout. However, having a trainer available to work with me and modify workouts as needed definitely helped encourage me, and most importantly strengthen me overall. I'm now at the point where the trainers are pushing me to do more, because I'm stronger than when I first started! Bethany and Joe are great. I love that every day the workout is different and that there are no class times, you just start when you get there.
The owners of Round 9 both Bethany and Joey Selage have been wonderful! They are true to their word and their inspiration in working as a couple to achieve a goal to have others achieve their goal is true motivation. Round 9 in Colts Neck, NJ is highly recommended!!!
I'm a big fan. A great workout packed into 30 mins, and I love not worrying about class times. The owners/staff are legitimately good people and great at what they do. Highly recommend
