Never opened, website don’t work, the heart monitoring doesn’t work. Had appointments set, and never opened. Actually the first visit that I set up on the website, I went to the place and it was close. Such a bad place.

I am a 9 rounds member in Indiana. Have been for almost three years. Came to Destin on vacation and wanted to continue working out. Went Wednesday morning hours online said they opened at 830. No one ever showed. I have tried calling, texting, and email nothing. Very unprofessional. I love 9 rounds but would never recommend this one.

I booked a class online for 8 am. No one was there, door locked. Prior to that I called and emailed them, because I had questions and I needed to cancel a class. What kind of place is this???

Once you sign up they refuse to cancel your subscription for ANY reason. I've been trying to call for a week now to cancel but as soon as I told the owner I wanted to cancel she said a she would "call me right back" and now won't answer any of my calls or return my messages. Don't sign up for this class they tell you anything you want to hear to sign you up but refuse to cancel or give you a refund for any reason.
