Staff was so friendly from my first time walking in! Kirsten was my first trainer and was such a godsend! Can’t wait to continue to go!
Great work. Short but tiring. I used what I've learned and applied it to the workout. I even got out shined by a tiny female on the speedbag and I'm not bitter about it.
The coaches here are dynamic and professional in a way that really made the workout unique and superior to other studios I've tried. I had a minor injury that they helped me adjust my workout too with 100% success. Thank you so much. Cheers!
