The kickboxing classes are amazing! Every workout is challenging and the instructors do a great job of pushing you to work hard while making sure everyone feels comfortable, regardless of fitness level or how advanced you are in kickboxing. The workout is a great combo of cardio and strength training. Will definitely be going back!!
Five stars all the way. Don’t let the 30 minutes fool you, this workout is no joke. After just a couple of rounds, you really start to feel it and realize how many calories you can burn in such a short amount of time. It’s the perfect mix. Josh is amazing. He’s so welcoming, motivating, and really accommodating to everyone who walks in. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants you to succeed. The energy and workouts are always great, and I leave feeling stronger every single time. Highly recommend!
Thank you to 9Roud Boca and Josh for making my boxing workout fun and easy to jump into. Great location, lots of room and fresh equipment make getting my workout in fun and engaging. Can't wait to visit again.
