I came here with almost no kickboxing experience, and they've been completely inclusive, supportive, and encouraging. I love this gym and the workouts! The owners and trainers are so kind and personable, and they truly care about helping you in such an individualized way.

I’ve been with 9Rounds for 3.5 years now and there’s no better workout for me. It has variety since the workouts are different every day, and a great combo of both cardio and strength training. The trainers work with you 1:1 in each round, and the best part is you get real life boxing experience in the trainer led drill. The small atmosphere makes it personal and fun, and no class times makes it convenient for all schedules. Highly recommend!

I've been a member at 9Round for five years now and I'm always disappointed if I have to miss a morning workout. It's fun and challenging and only 30 minutes out of your day! LOVE the trainer drill! I always leave with a smile on my face!
