I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first walked into 9Round, but I can honestly say it’s become one of my favorite parts of my week. After retiring from the military, I didn’t realize how much I missed having a structured workout laid out for me. 9Round brings that back. There’s something about having eyes on you that makes you push just a little harder, and that accountability piece has meant more to me than I expected.
