Coach Olivia was absolutely amazing. I was in from out of town and wanted to try out 9Round. Olivia made every station approachable. I was a bit nervous going into it but it was SO MUCH fun and an amazing workout. Highly recommend!
One of my favorite parts of 9rounds is that there is no class time, you start the round when you arrive! Making early morning workout not stressful! I love how everyday there is a new challenge!!!

I've been attending this gym for over a year, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made for my mental and physical wellbeing. If you're not an 'athletic' person like me and struggle with cardio and weightlifting, I highly recommend trying a workout here. It's fun, energetic, and challenging whether you're a beginner or an expert.
These guys are the best! I love the variety of the exercises and the enthusiasm of the trainers. The atmosphere is welcoming and the trainers will work around any limitations you might have to ensure you get a great, effective, safe and fun workout.
