9 rounds has helped me meet and surpass my personal fitness goals. I’ve made huge improvements in strength, endurance and flexibility. I can count on getting a great workout every time and I am challenged by the trainers to push myself. I look better but more importantly I feel more strong and younger than ever!

9R has been awesome for me. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but after my first free session I was hooked. I’m not athletic and have never kick boxed before, but at 9R that doesn’t matter and you can do things to your capabilities with a trainer assisting you along the way. No set class times, so I can go whenever fits my schedule best depending on the day. I normally go 3-4 times a week and also do some weight training on the side as well. This location was great when we first joined. Angeline the manager is very friendly and professional she took the time to show us the workouts and even when the place was full. Then the owners hired an assistant manager by the name of Jason Eldridge and the environment became toxic. He doesn’t know the workouts that are written on the boards to show the proper way of doing them.
