I was looking to add something different to my usual weight training regimen, so my neighbor recommended 9Round. I thought I was in pretty good shape before I got there, but I was sadly mistaken! The workout was challenging and just what I needed. Shout out to Honeybee for a great workout!! I highly recommend this place!
Good equipments. Good workout scheme. Full body circuits with bags and health monitor to monitor heart rate and calories burned. Nice trainers. Great for individuals looking for creative fitness workout programs!
