I am so very happy this gym is here. I had to wait 2 years after I luv kickboxing closed in my area. This gym has everything I need and I hope it stays for a very long time. The instructors are amazing and the gym is very clean. I have told so many folks about 9 Rounds in Laurel. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. 5 stars!
I joined 9 rounds in October of 2022 working out every other day; 3-4 times a week. I love that the workouts are always different, works the whole body in 30mins. I love that the trainers challenge you in varying ways. I started noticing a change in my endurance by the following month and change in form by the third month. The team is very friendly. It's always a great sweat therapy session which I always look forward to. It is a great investment!
Watched the YouTube video of one of their trainers attacking a docile cameraman. This punk needs to try his so called fighting skills in an MMA ring and see how that tough guy turns out
I have been working out here for years. My health and fitness have improved so much. 9Round has helped me achieve my goals and I'm feeling stronger and happier after every visit. The trainers are incredible and the members are amazing.
I absolutely love 9Round Laurel!! Clause, Honeybee, and Nate Dawg push me to the limits! The workouts are tough, but they are also a lot of fun.
