Please do not get involved with this 9 Round location. The owner, Heather Billings, is very unprofessional and unethical. She is also extremely difficult to communicate with. I also did not enjoy my experience working out there as most of the exercises could be performed in my home and it felt unnecessary and overpriced. Con artists!! U lied about your fees and then you harass your customers after they ask to be let out of their contract due to unforseen circumstances and not using your services any longer! Terrible customer service!! Edit: I'm not, but my daughter is and we have both tried to communicate and either it's a robotic answer from the woman on the phone instead of community, friendly, understanding. Or there's NO response. We have called, emailed and text trying to come to a solution. I've even reached out to your HQ.

I love everything about 9Round! I'm in and out in 30 minutes. It's a full body workout that's different everyday. I love that the workout is planned out for me daily and I don't have to come up with a routine myself. The trainers are always super nice and helpful and the gym is always clean and ready to go!
