Plan to go into the Air Force. This coach helped me improve my performance at the fitness assessment by double the original reps during each workout. And managed to help get down to 8 minutes 15 seconds on a one mile run.
Feeling Great! I’ve been incredibly impressed with the results from First Sergeant Fitness 24 Hours. My son’s been training there to prepare for a military academy, and the difference is night and day. Not only has he gained noticeable strength and endurance, but I’ve felt stronger myself just from joining in. It’s an outstanding place that’s truly helped us get in top shape.

Chris is very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. At the session he asked about my goals and gave me a plan to meet them. I will definitely be goin back and I recommend this gym to anyone looking to get back into kickboxing and working out.
