Chris is very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. At the session he asked about my goals and gave me a plan to meet them. I will definitely be goin back and I recommend this gym to anyone looking to get back into kickboxing and working out.

.The personal training sessions wre excellent. I worked out different parts of my body that I normally wouldn’t have targeted. The workouts were very effective, and I noticed changes immediately. Chris was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend his workouts.
