The owner bribes everyone to give good reviews. She’s hardly ever there and closes down all the time. Would not recommend.

Awesome kickboxing gym. The free intro session is great so you can get a feel for how the workouts go since it’s a circuit workout. Sara is so great and helpful. She’ll give you all the info you need to get going and then push you during the workouts to get the most out of them and the best out of yourself. Highly recommend!
