The costumer service is really bad. I am very disappointed at the costumer service and the timing of response I've been waiting for 2 months for a reply regarding my membership. My membership was starting on the 27th of October but I got signed into the system a week before of what I agreed, I asked on the 22nd of October to please cancel my enrollment to the gym because my membership started before the agreed time and without my consent. I've been waiting for 2 months!!!!!!! And now the manager said he is not refunding all ... read more
