Hey I was wondering what ages are allowed to practice in the gym and how much the prices are
I love the positivity inside the gym. And how all the trainers give you that personal training vibe. 9round has made me mentally and physically stronger. I went from 3xs/wk to wanting to increase it to 5xs/wk it gives me the energy throughout the week and helps me stay focused and motivated. Getting a membership was the best decision I made all 2024. I highly recommend it as a self-care regimen. It's a healthy balance to a chaotic lifestyle. Thank you 9 round trainers for helping me stay positive!
