I’ve never been someone with a consistent workout routine, and I’ve always struggled to find something that pushed me hard while still being fun. Danny and his team at 9Round have been the perfect solution. The workouts challenge me every time, and after a few months, I’m feeling stronger, more confident, and actually looking forward to working out. Plus, the kickboxing aspect is pretty great. I came here to have good workout while I wait for an appointment and I wasn't disappointed. The staff know what they're doing, and know how to explain it well. The prices are fair and the people there were nice.
