Golden Valley 9Round is the BEST workout in 30 minutes around! Open 365. Bad Ass Woman owned business! BRAVO!
9Round and Amber are the best! After years of working out at the YMCA or similar type gyms, I have found one that is motivating, fun, and easy to fit in any schedule. This workout has completely changed my body composition. The monthly community events Amber hosts are very fun and welcoming. I have never wanted to participate in activities like that before but now look forward to it each month!
So fun! Trainer is awesome and helpful. Great workout. Great community to be a part of.
