The employees were very helpful. Donna the owner was another story. Donna should listen to her customers and employees. In doing that her business will grow accordingly. If the disconnect continues the business will not survive in this town.
So happy I found an efficient fun friendly place to work my old tired body:). Bill was attentive, professional and motivating. I truly appreciate the unique drop in and get started workout Can’t wait to go back. Boxing Provides cardio and resistance without the traditional aerobics and weights. Hooray for 9round!!!!
I like that I don’t have to run on a class schedule. I am able to come and start class whenever I get there. The instructors are attentive and help with each round along the way, and even make the work out easier or more difficult based on your experience. You are moving the whole class, and being pushed or told to relax when needed. 9Round is my favorite kickboxing experience to date. -Kate :)
