Going/gone out of business!! BUT allowing their system to still charge poor, innocent, unsuspecting customers! Can’t get ahold of anyone by phone nor other wise Shame on you!! Horrible business owners; Horrible people!!
This is a fantastic 30 minute workout that anyone can do. You get out of it what you put into it. Staff is so amazing!!!!!!
An introvert's dream! I can go in, get my workout done in 30-35 minutes and be on my way! The rounds keep everyone occupied to the task of being in top shape. Always different exercises everyday to challenge you! I signed up for 6 months and will definitely extend to a year!

I have been going to 9round Sylvania for over two years and I’m never leaving it! 30 minutes, no class times, perfect for a busy working mom!!! The workout is always different but always on target 🎯 Everyone is very friendly and welcoming as you arrive. Never intimidating!!
