This is such a great place to go get a good workout! The staff there is super supportive, encouraging, and pushes you to work your hardest. The owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet!

I love my Overland Park 9Round! The trainers are super-motivating, helpful, and encouraging. For me, personally, I love the convenience of it being located a mile from my home. I change into my workout clothes at work so that I have no excuses for not going. It's on my way home so there's no going home first then making the excuse of not wanting to leave the house again. 9Round is hard but it's fun! For me, it's all about the trainers. And this whole crew is outstanding. Jettison any idea you have in your head of the stereotypical "no pain, no gain" trainers of the 1980's out of your head. The trainers here motivate you towards your goals in a positive manner with encouragement and inspiration. They make you WANT to crank out those three extra reps of crunches, or hold that plank for just another five seconds. And they make you want to come back for more.
