9ROUND is the best. The trainers are attentive and encourage you to achieve your personal best. The workouts change daily, challenges are incorporated to add additional motivation, and it's fun. I love 9ROUND🥊
9Round Brick is an amazing place! The 30-minute circuit is perfect for my busy schedule, yet I am able to complete a killer workout! When I was recovering from surgery, the trainers were unbelievable at supporting me and helping me to modify as needed. The trainers are second to none and bring so much energy, especially Kyleigh! I would recommend 9Round Brick to anyone who is thinking about giving it a try! You won’t be disappointed!
