Great gym, workouts, trainers, and program for beginners like myself. I totally recommend it for those that don't know what to do, especially no set classes. Just walk in! Judge free environment.
Friendly staff and members with a good vibe. I work much harder and get a better workout here then in the typical gym.
Excellent 30 minute workout that will surely get your blood flowing. Everyday different variety of workouts and excellent hours that works with everyone’s schedule. Highly recommend 9Round Kanata if you want to get into shape and build a sweat!!
Great place to have a 30-minute non stop workout! I have been a member since the beginning and every day there is something new to try out. Tas and Sarah are very attentive trainers and great human beings. It is definitely a perfect choice that combines burning calories, gaining strength and having fun!
