I have been going to this gym for 6 years and I love it! The workout is so well rounded and high energy and you’re done in 30 minutes! Added plus is they have best trainers and members. I highly recommend it!!
The trainers are fantastic and I love the fact that I can get a great workout in only 30 minutes!! And no class times so I can show up whenever I want! The workouts are always different which makes it so much fun. Now that we are open 24/7 it is even easier to find time to fit in a great sweat! I've been here 7 years and love it!
Convenience and flexibility were two things I was looking for and I found it here. It’s open 24/7 with 30 minute workouts that changes daily and the best part is it never feels like a workout. There’s no set schedule so you can start working out when you’re ready. The trainers are awesome, always supportive, and they always make you feel welcome. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!! :)
Great place been going for about 2 months going three times a week and already feel more fit. Trainers are positive and it’s easy to get a great workout in in just 30 minutes.
