Convenience and flexibility were two things I was looking for and I found it here. It’s open 24/7 with 30 minute workouts that changes daily and the best part is it never feels like a workout. There’s no set schedule so you can start working out when you’re ready. The trainers are awesome, always supportive, and they always make you feel welcome. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!! :)
Great place been going for about 2 months going three times a week and already feel more fit. Trainers are positive and it’s easy to get a great workout in in just 30 minutes.
I joined this gym almost a year ago, and I absolutely love it! It's super easy to fit into my schedule, the trainers are wonderful and are always pushing you to do your best, and it's fun and engaging! I've lost thirty pounds since I started here!

9round fitness in Chelmsford is such a great workout! You can’t beat it… 30 minutes and no class times and they also are 24/7 now! The trainers and members are awesome! It always a good time and good workout! What I really enjoy most is you can go at your own pace and the trainers are always accommodating and still push you, it’s truly the best workout You can get in 30 minutes!
