This is Yael. The best workout ever, I am in the best shape of my life. At 52 enjoying my fit body thanks to the wonderful and experienced trainers. In 30 minutes you get a full body workout, one on one training and lots of fun. 9Round is my family I enjoy it so much, worth every penny and more.

I have been a 9Round member for well over a year and thoroughly enjoy going every day! I am a huge fan of 9Round because of the flexibility to workout when I have the time - primarily between work meetings and kids activities. The best part is I don't have to plan the workout and it is different every day! I've been working out and into exercise for nearly 30 years, and I can honestly say that 9Round is the best, most fun, and most rewarding workout I've ever done. I'm in better shape now at 47 than I was at 27, thanks to 9Round. The trainers are all fantastic, the workout is fun, different, and engaging every day. My wife and I work out 6 days a week, and we absolutely love it. I 100% recommend 9Round if you want to work out and get in great shape without it feeling like a "chore".
