Overall, 9Round is the best workout and maybe I'm biased, but I love my gym! ;) I have come to know my trainers well & know some fellow 9Rounders at my location well from coming for so many years. 9Round is a total body workout, incorporating both strength & cardio. 9 Round is the best, really it is. The team there is just awesome. I can get in and out in a short amount of time and get a great workout. The routines change everyday so all I have to do is show up and enjoy. I love the versatility and the atmosphere at 9 Round. Yeah it may be a bit more expensive than a regular gym but the one on one service, the speed in which I can get in and out is worth the price. If you have not gone, GO. You will not be disappointed.

I was part of this gym for a few years, I can't remember how long, but I highly recommend to friends! It was like a family environment full of love and laughs, meanwhile the trainer on floor pushed you and helped you grow stronger! I miss this place!
