Awesome first time experience! Loved having someone guide me through each round. You’re in and out in 30 min, full body workout, and everything is planned out for you. Mason was so helpful and encouraging to push through!
Absolutely love this place. 30 minutes and I am drenched in sweat and feel amazing. Also love they have an elf that we get to find. Feel like my kids when I walk in during the Christmas season and have to find Elvie
I’ve been going to 9 Rounds for 3 months and I’m down 5 pant sizes! The trainers are all great. Mason & Dallas are so kind, but at the same time push you to be your best & beyond! I’m thankful for the team there and for their passion for fitness and community.
