I love coming to 9round! The trainers are super friendly, not intimidating and help you reach your health goals!
Very friendly, clean and fun gym. Each time I go I'm greeted warmly by name. You can come on your schedule as there are no class times. If you want to work with a trainer there are trainer hours otherwise it's a self guided 30 minute HIIT style workout which changes daily. Trainors will gently push you to maximize your workout...if you want. Searched quite awhile to find a replacement for the kickboxing gym that closed several years ago. Enjoy each workout.
I've been in this program for 3 weeks now and it is awesome! Some exercises are challenging (for me) but overall #9️⃣ excellent! I've came a long way, learned a lot & constantly improving. The trainers are very knowledgeable, patient and attentive.

My experience with 9 Rounds of Schaumburg. I enjoyed the intense workout and the trainers really push you to your abilities. They also come around with focus mitts to sharpen your technique. I would recommend 9 Rounds for a intense workout circuit training gym
