Fantastic workout and love the convenience of being open 24/7—just like 7-Eleven! The owners have built a real sense of community here and genuinely care about each member as an individual, not just a number like at those big box gyms.
Its a nice 30 min full body workout for busy moms like me. Trainers are all attentive and helpful. My mom friends and I really like it here.
