Everyone who’s involved in this location and running it should be jailed for their deceptive contracts and buy out fees
Employees are fine. It does what it says. Ownership is horrendous. Terrible cancelation policy. Verbage via text and on the cancelation uses things like "quitting" and "quitter" to make you feel bad. Tried to cancel after a sudden move but they require snail mail or in person. Also set it up so they get another month after you request a cancelation. Where else do they do a 28 day processing? So unethical.
Well was 4 min late to my first session dude to traffic made me reschedule, no big deal. Show up on time was informed it was just a fitness gym but was told there would be one on one real boxing training. Waste of time change your name and description
