I requested a refund for the unused portion of my membership at this Mauldin location due to an issue I didn't like. I tried to be discreet about it but she insisted I tell her the situation but all along she had no intentions of paying my money back from the beginning. .I had already paid in full and under NO circumstances will they refund your money. You're just stuck there or you're just out of almost $900 for annual membership.

I love that the trainers push you at the right intensity and actually pay attention to what you need. But I also like that it’s 24 hours, so I can come whenever I can and still get a solid workout in at my own pace. It just makes it easy to show up and get it done.

Great people, great workout, great price!! I love that it’s open 24 hours so I can go around my work schedule that changes regularly. The trainers are patient, knowledgeable and motivating. If you’re looking for a gym, I would highly recommend giving this one a chance!
