I LOVE 9Round!!! It solves the biggest problem I have at the gym, what can I do to get in a great workout? I've always known I had to work out, but have also always hated doing it. I don't know what to do when I'm at the gym, and end up wasting a lot of time with no results - Until 9Round! 9 different stations, all with video screens that tell you what to do - AND show you the right way to do it. Trainers who care with 0 judgment! Whenever Kennedy is around, I know that it's going to be a killer workout! Always leaving more confident than when I came in. Also, Charlie fits in SO well to the team. These two are the craziest duo in the absolute best way possible. If you want motivation, positivity, and commitment, then this is the place for you. So happy I found this place to call my workout home!!
Great trainers who truly care. I recently broke my wrist so I'm in a cast. I can't quit working out because the calorie burn is so important to my daily routine. The training team is working with me to customize the workout to accommodate my short term needs. I can't say enough about his great team.
