Love 9round! Great trainers to take time and teach you.
Most fun, best workouts. Trainers are tops. The best part is no set time to join in. Got hooked when I was working and could just arrive at my convenience. Been a member almost 6 yrs now. A good fit for me to escape and concentrate on me.
I am such a fan of this gym! The ability to show up whenever you want without having to sign up for a class time is one of the best benefits!
When my husband suggested we do kickboxing I thought...why would I want to go punch and kick a bunch of bags? Well...glad I agreed to go. Lost over 25 pounds kicking and punching those bags. Best total body workout I've ever done and I've tried many. Perfect way to start or end the day and helps with stress for sure. I love working out with Mitch in the mornings. Amazing workout and amazing trainers, I highly recommend this workout to anyone. I can't say and praise this Gym enough. It is truly amazing, clean, great trainers, all around, amazing. I was getting bored at the gym, and had to drag myself to go. I joined 9 Round, and I love going and looking forward to it every day. I dont like to miss now, what a different it has done to my body, I am getting compliments every day how good I am looking
