Absolutely love this place! The instructors are super friendly, supportive, and really take the time to make sure everyone feels welcome—no matter your fitness level. The workouts are high-energy, fun, and a great mix of cardio and strength training. It’s not just a great workout, it’s also a really positive and encouraging environment. Everyone is so motivating and you leave feeling stronger, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun way to get fit and relieve some stress!
Amazing, transformative way to build physical and mental strength. 9round at Roux is the best exercise experience I’ve ever had. The facility, owner, equipment and soundtracks are all great, but my favorite part is the feeling of achievement in only 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I came looking to find a gym to switch my routine up and I found a new family! I love this community! Over the last couple of years, I have challenged myself and have grown in strength and stamina. I enjoy there being no specific class times as I am normally running behind for one reason or another.
