The gym has a decent selection of equipment and classes, but it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. I appreciate the variety, but sometimes I wish it was a little cleaner. Overall, not bad!

Not to be dramatic… but my life changed for the better almost three years ago when I joined 9Round :). The concept of nine stations, each with two different exercises for three mins, makes for an incredibly efficient workout. You can go as many rounds as you want! It’s perfect for those with busy schedules, yet still a great workout. A huge part of what makes 9 Round stand out is the team. Tom, the owner, is hospitable and knowledgeable and Shout out to the best trainers of 9 Round- Tom, Dee, Justin, & Trenton.
