I love this place. I’ve struggled my whole adult life with being consistent with a fitness routine. I’ve wasted so much money on gym memberships, always dreaded it when I did go, and suffered with the guilt of not going when I didn’t. I love every workout I do at 9Round. I’m challenged while having fun with great people. The trainers and atmosphere are amazing! I am stronger with more stamina and feel much better mentally and physically. 10 months strong and no signs of stopping! 5/5 stars- highly recommend!

The best gym/workout! The trainers take time to get to know you and remember you. They are encouraging, but push you hard. It's a quick but effective workout, and changes everyday so it isn't boring!

They meet you where you are! As someone who experiences gym anxiety, AND has an injury, I can honestly say that I look forward to going to 9Round. They modify things for me as needed so that I can still get a great workout without exacerbating my injury. And the one on one attention really helps to keep the anxiety at bay. Overall I would recommend 100%

I’m new to this Gym but it has been such a great experience. The trainers are knowledgeable. They do a great job of pushing you and making you feel like you are important! Everyone should look into this place! The owners (Abbie and her husband) are super cool and they care!
