I have fallen in love! I’m excited to have found a new kickboxing home that’s local, clean, and open 24/7. They’re very attentive, I get an excellent workout, and I get to monitor my stats the whole way through. I’m enjoying very much the different variations of exercise, and the nicknames, can’t forget the nicknames! 007 thanks you 9Round! :)
9 round boxing is a unique place. You can walk in any time and get your 9 rounds in in 30 mins. It’s a great all over workout. The people who work there are great and the place is always clean. I would recommend to anyone to give it a try. I’m 60 years old if I can do it anyone can.
I love my 9R family! I get an amazing workout that changes everyday and gives you a full body challenge. 9R is an excersize community with regular workshops and events that enhance your technique! Love the gym, love the people! Shrimp
