Great gym! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating. Whether you are looking for a good moderate intensity workout or a high intensity workout this is a great choice. The workout also changes daily so it never gets boring. Some of the instructors offer additional personalized training. I am currently taking Muay Thai classes on the weekends with one of the instructors Demeko. He’s an awesome teacher and I have learned allot after only a couple of classe.
Demeko Boyd is a passionate, highly knowledgeable trainer who never lets his clients fall into self doubt. His confidence in your potential is contagious, and his energy pushes you to grow in ways you didn’t expect. Having trained with him in the past I can say his guidance is the truly impressive . I’m looking forward to visiting him at his new location, and I highly recommend him to anyone serious about improving themselves.
Demiko is an amazing trainer! His energy and coaching style make every workout fun, motivating, and challenging. He pushes you to give your best while still making sure the workout is safe and tailored to your level. If you want a trainer who truly cares about your progress and keeps you motivated, Demiko is the guy. Highly recommend training with him at 9Round!
