this place is good if you’re looking to lose weight but it shouldn’t say kickboxing you don’t do anything related to kickboxing except for kicking a bag if you’re looking to learn how to fight this isn’t your spot if you want to lose weight this place is amazing they should just take out the word kickboxing
Went a while back for the trial part had a good time. Planning on going back soon. For another workout. Great staff
Really enjoyed my workout here today, it was amazing. I was new to this particular 9rounds but the trainer Max made me feel welcomed and guided me through the workout.
I have been a member of 9 round for 5 or 6 years and I love the workout. Today I tried out the Concord location and the owner and the trainer were friendly, knowledgeable and high energy. They pushed me hard and got a great workout. I would definitely go back!
