I like this place. The staff is awesome and the workouts are just what I need when I get here. The best part - no class times - new rounds start every 3.5 minutes. Fits my life perfectly.

I have doing 9Rounds since 2020 and have been coming to this location since 2022. 9Rounds offers a great workout, and it's QUICK! I don't care for regular gyms, but this gym always has me coming back. All the workouts have kickboxing and strength training and are always different. The trainers are AWESOME!! Cayla is amazing, she's always helpful and encouraging. Mia is really great, she's always willing to assist and is always positive. Whoever is working always makes me feel welcome.
