This place is amazing with a different workout everyday and the trainers are amazing. They are accommodating to all levels of fitness. Love this place!
Love this place! The trainers are fantastic—so energetic, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They genuinely push you to do your best every time you step in. Every workout is challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling great. Plus, the trainers are always happy to show you modifications if you have an injury or just need them. The gym members here are also super supportive, which makes it feel like a community rather than just a workout space. Went for a trial and I knew this is the place for me! Made us husband also sign up for 12 months. I love the workouts, it’s just right time for 30-35 minutes. Mix of functional, hiit and resistance training. Great coaches who are helpful and teach us how to do each round. One of the best in SW Fort Wayne ! I’ll vouch for this place, Scott and other trainers anyday
