9round provides a great 30 min workout with knowledgeable trainers and a great environment. I have been going for a few years and enjoy the variety in the workout.
Fantastic workout! I am not a fan of spending hours at the gym to get / stay in shape and 9 round is perfect for getting a quick, intense workout out. Trainers are all Fantastic and they are always doing fun things to keep it interesting
I love the quick 30 minute workouts. I don't have to spend a lot of time and it is the perfect intensity for me. The trainers are also amazing. They push you to your limits every time. Also, there's no set class time. I just walk in and have a workout. I cn fit it in my schedule, I don't have to work around it. It's such a great experience and i highly recommend it.
