Excellent gym for a quick, intense and fun workout. Love that I can complete a full body workout in just 30 minutes. Neil and his team are fantastic at keeping me motivated through out the challenging workout. I have never done any form of martial arts before and I learned the right form and technique from Neil’s team. Highly recommend the gym to anyone looking for a great place to workout.
Awesome trainers and one of the best 30 minute workouts you can get. Incredibly flexible and I can see the workout fitting in anyone’s schedule. If you’re thinking about it I really encourage you to give it a try!
Fantastic gym with an amazing team of coaches! The atmosphere is supportive, the facilities are top-notch, and the workouts are always challenging yet fun. Highly recommended!
Wonderful service, trainers and workouts! I have a membership at my local 9round, but was visiting my niece who LOVES to work out with me. We had barely made it to this location right before the last workout buzzer and it turns out we stumbled into a scheduled group workout! We were both a little nervous, but we were welcomed right in, had lots of guidance and support and had an amazing workout!
