took a free trial here, had a great time. intense workout, coaches are passionate, and nice facilities. wanted something with more freedom but if you like a regimented, quick workout this is for you

I love the workout that I get at 9Round. I truly enjoy the variety of workouts at 9Round. I appreciate the high intensity workouts and completing the rounds in 30 minutes. The trainers are great and motivating. There's never a dull moment. I push myself at every round, and I see the results. Thank you!
