This is an awesome place to get a workout and create strong bonds with motivated people. It's stimulating for the mind and very rewarding on an internal level. The trainers are passionate and will help push you to being a stronger you. I have been going here for over a year now, and have benefited greatly from the sessions! It's good for men, women and children.
I went in today with the intention to just try it out, but I had such a great workout that I was ready to go ahead and sign up for more!! I have been out of the gym for several years and this was just what I needed to get me excited about getting back in shape! Justin was very thorough in going through the beginning workout and walked me through every round. Can’t wait for my next workout!
