I love this gym! The trainers are great and you get a really good workout. It's nice to because you don't have a set time you have to go, you set your own schedule.
I have so many awesome things to say about the 9Rounds in Sparks, NV. I signed up back in March 2023 (5 months ago). When I had my initial workout before I signed up, I met Matt the owner of both locations. He was very welcoming, uplifting, and motivating. He got me through an incredibly intense first workout, as exercise was something foreign to me for the last few years. But Matt got me through it and then many more workouts after until I met Lisa.
